Technical Account Manager

NetSPI is seeking a Technical Account Manager to work with our clients to fully understand the entire security solution package (information security assessment, penetration testing, and the CorrelatedVM platform) that NetSPI provides. This person will be responsible for providing direct support to client relationships and act as the client’s technical subject matter expert representing NetSPI.  They will also work closely with internal resources to build solutions to meet the client’s needs, while upholding NetSPI’s current offerings and processes. 

The Technical Account Manager will earn a compelling compensation package that includes a strong base and bonus, and a complete portfolio of benefits.

Primary Duties:

  • Cultivate relationships with clients to manage ongoing and future projects
  • Lead design discussions with clients and internal resources to elicit and capture requirements and create working solutions
  • Manage client expectations throughout the professional services engagement and provide post-implementation account management
  • Direct crisis and incident response, working with the sales team, development, technical support, and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution, while communicating effectively with customers
  • Meet regularly with clients, both remotely and on-site, to review support interactions, system status, major issues, upcoming releases, and other pertinent items
  • Create and deliver executive customer presentations that outline system performance, potential issues, ROI and suggested action plans
  • Develop deep understanding of customer’s business and operational needs
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Perform other duties as assigned or necessary

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional services, sales engineer, security architect, or similar industry experience
  • Minimum of 7 years Information Security experience
  • Proven client-facing and/or customer relationship management experience
  • Strong understanding of penetration testing, application security and vulnerability assessments


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience working for a security product and/or services organization
  • Infosec-specific certifications, including but not limited to: CISSP, CISM, CEH, CEPT, OSCP, CISA, CGEIT
