We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to create, manage and convert prospects from assigned accounts for NetSPI’s world-class application and network security solutions. Whether you have experience calling in the IT market or are just getting started in the field, this could be the job you’ve been looking for. This role requires determination, resiliency and desire to succeed. 

Primary duties:

  • Execute proactive outbound prospecting and lead management, including building contact lists for targeted groups in prioritized regions/verticals
  • Work with NetSPI’s consultants as you identify potential opportunities
  • Develop and nurture executive relationships to introduce to Sales Directors
  • Execute on marketing generated leads including website inquiries, field events, webcasts, campaigns, and nurture programs
  • Work with field directors to identify key targets of interest
  • Assist the marketing team with real-time feedback to continually improve program performance
  • Work across the organization to apply best practices to deliver against business priorities and needs


  • High-energy, problem-solving team player
  • 1 - 3 years of business development experience
  • Well-developed prospecting skills, including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations at all levels of management and technical prospects
  • Excellent relationship building, consultative sales and negotiation skills
  • Track record for consistently exceeding quota
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
