Office Administrator

NetSPI is looking for a motivated Office Administrator to provide front desk and administrative support to NetSPI Staff. This individual is responsible for general administrative duties and ensuring the office is kept presentable.

Primary Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct to the proper recipient
  • Order office supplies, groceries, and weekly company lunches, and approve corresponding invoices
  • Maintain NetSPI image by keeping common areas and kitchen clean/organized
  • Assist with general office administration including data entry, copying and filing, and routing incoming and outgoing mail (UPS, FedEx)
  • Submit maintenance requests, as needed, through online system
  • Greet clients, candidates and visitors in a friendly and inviting manner
  • Help with the setup and coordination of meetings and conferences
  • Act as backup/support for HR and Operations team as needed


  • 2 years of experience working as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
  • Expertise with MS Office 2010: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, customer focus and accountability
  • Able to quickly learn and work with minimal supervision
  • Consistent follow through and ability to excel in an unstructured environment
