Executive Sales Director (NW Region)

NetSPI is seeking an Executive Sales Director to develop relevant C-Suite relationships and to influence target organizations to consider and purchase NetSPI cyber security offerings. The Executive Sales Director will earn a compelling compensation package that includes a strong base, high commission, and a complete portfolio of benefits.

Primary Duties:

  • Develop new clients through existing relationships, personal lead generation, social selling activities, and other company-sponsored programs in identified target markets
  • Primary point of contact and relationship manager for clients and targeted prospective clients
  • Drive sales of Resolve software, penetration testing and advisory solutions with clients and prospective clients
  • Continue to manage the client relationships after initial engagements to increase the mutual value of a NetSPI relationship
  • Follow the NetSPI sales process
  • Generate significant sales activity on a weekly basis to drive acceptable performance

Additional Duties:

  • Attend industry related events – monthly (ISSA, OWASP, ISACA) and annually (PCI, RSA, etc.).
  • Track activity in NetSPI’s salesforce.com and related technologies
  • Develop, customize, and present NetSPI information to support sales efforts
  • Perform other duties as necessary or assigned

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • 8 years or more experience selling technology solutions 
  • Bachelors degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong sales-related understanding of information security assessment, security related audit, and general security program development, with a particular emphasis on application security program development
  • This person must be highly competent in relationship development and the use of those relationships to help clients gain the value of NetSPI’s offerings
  • Crucial that this candidate be located in the NW region and have substantial selling experience in the financial services, retail, healthcare and high technology markets in the area
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high ethical standards, and impeccable integrity and professionalism
